Game day decorating usually happens an hour before kickoff, which rules out anything that needs tools. This curtain measures 78.74 by 39.37 inches and hangs from a strip of adhesive tape along its top. Metallic foil strands in green and orange carry football shapes that move when someone walks past. One piece covers a standard doorway.

Peel The Tape, Press

The adhesive strip is already fitted along the header, so putting the curtain up is a matter of peeling the backing and pressing the strip to a door frame, a wall or the front edge of a dessert table. No hooks, no tape hunt, no ladder. A host setting up alone can have the backdrop hanging while the oven is still heating.

Behind The Wing Platter

Set behind the food, the fringe gives the table a back wall instead of leaving the wings and dip against bare paint. Guests reaching across it brush the strands and they swing back into place. The foil is light, so the curtain does not pull the tape loose when a tray is slid underneath or a cooler is pushed against the table leg.

Green And Orange Strands

The two colors are a deliberate break from the usual brown and white football print. Green stands in for the field, orange keeps the strands from disappearing against a pale wall, and the football cutouts along each length make the theme obvious from across a room. It reads as sport rather than as generic party fringe, which helps when the same wall holds a team pennant.

Classroom And Office Walls

A watch party is not the only place this goes up. Teachers running a sports day pin it beside a classroom door, and offices put it at the entrance to a break room on the morning of a big game. Bars and shops use it in a window. When the season is over the strands fold flat and the sheet stores in a drawer.
