A decoration that arrives the morning after is no decoration at all. Here are the timings.
Every order leaves the warehouse inside 1–2 business days, and your tracking number is emailed the moment it does. Size makes no difference to that step: one balloon strand is on the same clock as a twelve-piece Halloween kit.
If guests arrive Saturday, the box has to be in the house by Friday morning — you want the evening before to hang things, not to refresh a tracking page. Standard needs roughly a week of runway to make that; expedited needs about three days. Anything tighter, pick express at checkout instead of hoping the carrier has a good week.

The link only starts reporting after the carrier’s first scan, and that scan can be up to 24 hours behind the dispatch email. Blank on the night you ordered means nothing is wrong. Still blank two days on, write to us.
