The green surface carries field markings along its length, so a long table becomes the pitch rather than just a green rectangle. Food set out across it sits inside the theme without any further decorating, and the print pairs with paper plates, napkins and favors bought in the same colors. From a standing height the markings are what guests notice first.
Fits The Borrowed Table
Each cover is cut for the standard eight foot rectangular table that gets borrowed or rented for a crowd, with enough overhang on the sides to hide the edge. That size seats eight to ten people around the food. Two in the pack means the hot dishes and the drinks get separate tables, or one goes down fresh halfway through the afternoon.
Waterproof, Oil-Proof Plastic
Tough plastic is the right material for wings, dip and drink cans. Liquid sits on top instead of soaking into the table, grease does not leave a shadow, and the sheet resists tearing when a cooler is dragged across it. Nothing has to be blotted during the game, which means no pause in the room when a glass goes over.
Backdrop and Quick Clearing
The sheet also works vertically, taped to a wall or a door behind the food as a photo spot for the group. Afterwards there is no laundry: the cover is gathered inwards with the debris held inside and dropped in a bag, and the table is clear in about a minute while the post-game highlights are still running.
