You cannot run a shop without holding some details about the people who buy from it. Below is the list of what we hold, the use we put it to, and the way to have it removed.
There are two streams. One you type in yourself: your name, your email, the address the parcel goes to and what is in the order. The other builds up quietly while you browse — which browser you use, which pages you open, which link brought you here — and it comes from cookies and analytics.
We neither sell your details nor swap them. They go to the company that processes the payment and to the carriers who deliver, since neither job can be done without them, and they go to the authorities where the law requires it. That is the entire list.
You may request a copy of everything we hold on you, ask us to fix anything inaccurate, or have the lot deleted. Say which at [email protected].
Reasonable technical and organizational measures protect what we store. We are not going to claim that makes it untouchable, because no data crossing the internet ever is.
