The 30-Day Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return almost anything for a refund or a swap, provided it is unused and still in the packaging it came in — balloons in their sealed bag, banners folded as they were boxed.

The Exceptions

Personalized orders stay with you, and so does anything that has been inflated, cut or hung. A filled balloon or a garland trimmed to fit your mantel cannot go back on a shelf for the next customer, so we cannot accept it.

How to Start One

1. Write to [email protected] with the order number and a line about the problem.
2. Instructions come back to you within 1–2 business days.
3. Pack it as instructed and hand the parcel to the carrier.

When the Refund Lands

We inspect the parcel the day it reaches us, then send the money back to the card or account that paid. Budget 5–7 business days from our receipt of the return.

Exchanging a Color or a Size

Want the gold rather than the silver, the oversized backdrop rather than the standard? Name the replacement and we will hold it against your return while it is in stock. Be quick in October and December — seasonal stock empties fastest in exactly the weeks people want it.

Damaged or Missing Pieces

Photograph it and send the picture within 7 days of delivery. Torn banner, crushed carton, a set that turned up three letters short: we replace or refund, and it costs you nothing.
