Candy is not the only thing that can go in a Halloween bag. This set pairs sheets of Halloween stickers with a metal cookie cutter, so the handout at a class party or a neighborhood stop can be something other than sweets. The cutter then lives in the kitchen drawer and comes back out each October when the baking starts.

They go into treat bags and goodie bags by the handful, split easily between a group of children, and still get used weeks after the candy from the same evening has gone.
