Text The Right Way Round
Printed text on a flag usually mirrors itself on the back, which leaves half the audience reading it backwards. Here the artwork is applied so the words come out correctly on both faces, and it does not matter which way the sleeve goes onto the pole. For a flag whose whole point is a phrase, that is the difference between a joke landing and not.
Mud Off The Lawn
Spun polyester can go in the machine, which matters for anything that spends a month at ground level collecting mud off the lawn. Panels are stitched twice along the edges and the sleeve is sewn to the same standard, so the seam does not open the first time a gust catches it. Washed and dried, the flag goes back out looking like it did in September.
Onto A Pole Or Bracket
The sleeve is cut for standard banner and garden poles, and it also slides over a wall bracket arm, an arbor upright or a freestanding display hook. The panel does not need clipping or tying. Because the panel weighs so little, a light stand holds it upright in soft ground without staking. A pole is not in the pack, so use the one already in the shed.
Indoors For A Costume Party
Indoors the same panel hangs flat on a wall as party decor, which is where the washable fabric earns its keep after a night near the punch bowl. Outside it covers yard displays, a door front or the run of fence by the gate. Stored folded, it comes out again next October, so the phrase gets another season rather than one evening.
