Sombrero, Chili And Maraca
The charms name the theme without a word of explanation: a sombrero hat, a chili pepper, a maraca, a pinata and a heart. Letter beads spell FIESTA on one band and CINCO on another, so a stack of two reads as a sentence across the wrist. Rainbow Heishi beads fill the space between, which is what gives each band its color.
